Due to the natural variability in fishing conditions and growth, seafood availability and sizes may vary. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to offer a substitute or provide a refund.
Your items arrive in 1-2 working days. We deliver 9am-12pm (or 7-10pm depending on capacity). We'll reach out with your confirmed time, giving you peace of mind.
For deliveries request outside of these timings, please indicate your preferred delivery time in your order and we'll reach out to accommodate where possible.
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed and paid before 12pm may qualify for same-day delivery (excluding special requests and fish fillets/slices, which are sliced only upon order for freshness). WhatsApp your paid order details to +65 9782 3983, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Order Reception: If you cannot receive the order in person, we are not liable for any lost or spoiled items. Please ensure someone is available to promptly refrigerate the seafood upon delivery.
Missed Deliveries: Should you miss the delivery, a location-based rescheduling fee will be charged to cover additional delivery costs.
Order Changes: Any changes to your order must be made before 7pm on the day of purchase.
Refund & exchange policy
Issues with Order: If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours with supporting pictures or videos.
Returns: Due to food hygiene and the perishable nature of seafood, we do not accept returns.
